FORMATTING GUIDELINES The submitted manuscripts or substantial parts of them should not have been previously published or submitted for publication somewhere else. Papers should be written in English, using Microsoft Word text processor. The formatting guidelines for the paper can be downloaded from here. COPYRIGHT POLICY Our copyright policies protect the rights and define responsibilities of JARE and our partners according to the international copyright laws. The authors have to sign under their responsibility an agreement that the copyright law was respected and to provide this to the Editorial Board’s Journal before publishing. The Editorial Board is not res- ponsible for eventual violation of the copyright law. The copyright form can be down- loaded from here. We want your high-quality papers to be accessible for study by the world wide readers community. Each author will receive a hard copy of the issue in which her/his paper appears. If part of these papers is reused in other publications, the paragraphs have to be mentioned as epigraph in foot-notes specifying the number of journal, page, the name of the author and the paper title.
